USAID INDONESIA

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) American Embassy is recruiting Indonesian National only for a Project Management Assistant position (post Code:PMA3); Salary range between Rp. 4.1-8.8 million per month depending on qualifications, experience and salary history.

Scope of Work: the incumbent support Basic Human Service (BHS)/Health Team Leader and Cognizant Technical Officers(CTOs) whit in the health Division of USAID/Indonesia’s BHS Strategic Objective team to coordinate all activities and implementing health and avian influenza (AI) partners, S/he maintains the BHS/Health team’s implementing partners’ management system, assists the BHS Finance Officer with resource planning for all BHS/health activities, and assists the infectious Decease (ID). Maternal Neonatal & Child Health (MNCH), and AI team leader with all portofolio management, administrative and fiscal matters related to program implementation.

S/he assists in developing and maintaining result data base, helping to compile BHS/Health indicators, targets and results. S/he prepares and maintains personnel management system for BHS/Health Implementing Partners. Manages database for the Implementing partners on US mission facilities, work assignment dates, visa & multiple exit re-entry permit (MERP) dates, and duty-free facilities and vehicle procurement.

S/he support BHS secretaries to update of the weekly BHS/Health visitors List and the contact list/warden list of Implementing Partners; in management of all international travel concurrence procedures, in-coming and out-going cable, and all USAID/Washington and mission communications related to official Tour of Duty (TDY) travel.

Qualifications: A university degree or equivalent in social science, management, public administration or disciplines relates to health and gender programs is desirable. At least five years experience working in program management implementation, preferably with an international donor agency. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.
