Manages database for the Implementing partners on US mission facilities, work assignment dates, visa & multiple exit re-entry permit (MERP) dates, and duty-free facilities and vehicle procurement.

S/he support BHS secretaries to update of the weekly BHS/Health visitors List and the contact list/warden list of Implementing Partners; in management of all international travel concurrence procedures, in-coming and out-going cable, and all USAID/Washington and mission communications related to official Tour of Duty (TDY) travel.

Qualifications: A university degree or equivalent in social science, management, public administration or disciplines relates to health and gender programs is desirable. At least five years experience working in program management implementation, preferably with an international donor agency. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia are required.

Working as part of a team these position are responsible for the day to day operation of RasGas Onshore Gas Processing Operations, in a safe reliable and environmentally sound manner.
Applicants should have a minimum of secondary education with at least 5 years experience LNG, or LPG, Gas Processing, Sulphur Recovery, Refinery or a similar process environment together with a mechanical aptitude and a basic knowledge of process instrumentation and DCS operations.

Panel/Senior Field Helium Plant Operations

Working as part of a team these positions are responsible for the day to day operation of RasGAs Helium Recovery Plant, in a safe reliable and environmentally sound manner.
Applicants should have a minimum of secondary education with at least 5 years experience in Liquid Helium, or Liquid Oxygen/Nitrogen plant or a similar process environment together with a mechanical aptitude and a basic knowledge of process instrumentation and DCS operations. • Min. Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Oil & Gas engineering or construction.
• Preferably with previous experience in Oil & Gas offshore/onshore environment.
• Conceptual mechanical design and pre-construction/construction of pipelines.

5. Logistic Officer (code: LOG)
• Min. Bachelor degree in business Management/Engineering from reputable university.
• Proven working experience in general Affair/Logistic/ Contract Administration/Insurance for more than 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

6. Logistic Assistant (code: LOS)
• Diploma degree in management or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in General Affair with sound experience in Office Supplies & Service/Office Equipment & Maintenance/Transportation & Accomodation Arrangement/Building Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance/Office Renovation & Fasilities Setting-up / Material Inventory & Storange ?purchasing Activity.


7. Storekeeper & Administration Assistant (code: SAA)
• Diploma degree in management or business administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in handing warehouse (for Storekeeper).
• Good office and administration management skill (for Administration Assistant).
• Willing to be stationed at Jambi area and remote area.
• Local candidates are higly appreciated.

General reguirement:

1. Minimum GPA 2.75 (bachelor degree) and 3.2 (for master degree)
2. Preferred those who have working experience in Oil and Gas companies ( for EPO, CMV, FCE, PPE & LOG).
3. Fluent in spoken and written English.
4. Strong leadership, highly motivated and able to interact with people at all levels of management.
5. Strong interpersonal and posses the ability to interact with people at all levels of management.
6. Independent staff, able to work under minimum supervision and meets the superior’s deliverables.
7. Able to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills.
